Are there any in-app purchases or subscriptions?
No. You pay once and everything is included: every quiz mode, every era, Study Cards and the Presidents Wall. There are no ads.
Why are there 45 presidents but 47 numbers?
Two presidents served terms that were not back to back, so each has two numbers: Grover Cleveland (22nd and 24th) and Donald Trump (45th and 47th). The app counts each person once and teaches both numbers.
What are the quiz modes?
Who Is This? (portrait to name), Name the Number (who was the 16th president?), Who Came First? (put two presidents in order), Fun Fact Challenge, Review Mistakes and the All 45 Challenge. You can also practice one era at a time.
How does the Presidents Wall work?
Every portrait starts in gray. Answer a president correctly in Who Is This?, Name the Number and Fun Fact Challenge, and their portrait comes to full color with a gold seal.
What grade level is it for?
It's designed for kids in about 3rd to 5th grade, and it's great for homeschool families, classrooms and grown-ups who want a refresher.
Where do the portraits come from?
All portraits are public domain images from Wikimedia Commons.
How do I start over?
Open Settings (gear icon) and tap "Reset All Progress".

President Quest (“the App”) is provided by an independent developer (“we”). This policy explains how the App handles information.
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It does not connect to the internet.
Quiz progress
Scores, mastered presidents and the study streak are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or to any third party.
Purchase
The App is purchased through the App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we do not receive your name, email address or payment information. Please see

Children’s privacy
The App is designed to be used by children. Because we do not collect, store or share any personal information from anyone, including children under 13, no personal information is collected under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Deleting your data
You can clear all progress at any time from Settings → “Reset All Progress”. Deleting the App removes all data stored on the device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
