How to Play
- Sit in a circle. For team play, sit Red, Blue, Red, Blue so the bomb always goes to the other team next.
- Light the fuse. The timer is hidden and random. Nobody knows when it will blow!
- Describe it, then pass. Get your team to guess the word without saying it. Got it? Tap "Got it! Pass" and hand the phone to the next player.
- Don't get caught. When it goes BOOM, the team that wasn't holding it scores. First to 7 wins!

FAQ
Are there any in-app purchases or subscriptions?
No. You pay once and every deck is included, along with every future word update. There are no ads.
How long until the bomb goes off?
It's random every round. Pick Short, Normal or Long before you start. The ticking speeds up as the fuse burns down, so listen closely!
How does scoring work?
In 2 Teams mode, when the bomb explodes, tap the team that was holding it. The other team gets a point, and the first team to 7 wins. In Just for Fun mode there are no scores: whoever is holding the bomb is out for the round.
What if nobody can guess the word?
Tap Skip to get a new word. Just remember the clock keeps ticking!
Can I pause?
Yes. Tap the pause button in the top corner. The fuse waits until you resume.
Is it OK for kids?
Yes. All words are family-friendly. The Little Kids deck always shows big pictures, and you can turn on Picture Mode for any other deck so younger kids who can't read yet can play too.
Can I use it in my classroom?
Yes! The Classroom decks (School Day, U.S. History, Math & Shapes) work great for vocabulary review and indoor recess.
There's no ticking sound.
Short Fuse follows your phone's silent switch. Turn off silent mode and check that Sound is on in Settings (gear icon).
Will words repeat?
Words don't repeat until you've seen every word in that deck. To start fresh, open Settings and tap "Reset word history".

Short Fuse (“the App”) is provided by an independent developer (“we”). This policy explains how the App handles information.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It does not connect to the internet, and it never asks for access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location or photos.
Scores and settings
Your settings and the list of words already shown are stored only on your device. Team scores exist only during a game. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
Purchase
The App is purchased through the App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we do not receive your name, email address or payment information. Please see

Children’s Privacy
The App is a family party game that may be played by children. Because we do not collect, store or share any personal information from anyone, including children under 13, no personal information is collected under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Deleting Your Data
You can clear the word history at any time from Settings → “Reset word history”. Deleting the App removes all data stored on the device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
